WE HAVE SEVERAL NEW EMPLOYEES AND IT IS IS NEVER A BAD IDEA FOR A REFRESHER FOR ALL OF US. I WANTED TO TOUCH ON A FEW ITEMS TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE CONSISTENCY. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE INFORMATION BELOW AND FILL OUT THE FORM AT THE END. WE WILL PAY YOU 1/2 HOUR FOR TAKING TIME TO DO THIS.
TEAMS - FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE AND DON’T GET “CREATIVE”
FRIENDLY REMINDERS TO FOLLOW OUR BRAND OF TEAM PHOTOGRAPHY
DO NOT CROP IN TOO TIGHT. WHEN YOU CROP IN ON A TEAM TOO TIGHT IT MAKES IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO PUT INTO THE TEMPLATES WHEN WE GO TO PRINT.
BE CAREFUL ABOUT STANDING TOO CLOSE TO TEAMS FOR THOSE PHOTOS. WHEN YOU GET VERY CLOSE THE FLASH WILL BE EXTREMELY “HOT” AND WILL TYPICALLY MAKE ONE ROW TACK SHARP AND THE OTHERS OUT OF FOCUS.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE TWO KNEES DOWN or ‘CRISS CROSS” RULE. TAKE YOUR TIME WITH TEAMS, PLACE THEM PROPERLY SO THEY LOOK GOOD, AND ALWAYS USE TWO KNEES DOWN AND LEGS CROSSED. I KNOW IT CAN BE FUN TO GET CREATIVE; HOWEVER, WE HAVE A BRAND WE WANT TO KEEP (CLEAN, CRISP, QUICK) AND WE WANT TO KEEP THE SHOW GOING WITH A UNIFORM PRODUCT.
INDIVIDUALS - take your time and look for details
ON INDIVIDUALS TAKE YOUR TIME AND LOOK FOR DETAILS. IS THERE HAIR IN THEIR FACE? IS THEIR SHIRT WRINKLED? DO THEY HAVE A HAIR TIE ON? IS THE BALL STRAIGHT?
GET ON THEIR LEVEL…DON’T SHOOT UP AT THEM…DON’T SHOOT DOWN AT THEM. CAN CAUSE WEIRD ANGLES
CROP APPROPRIATELY…IF STANDING PLEASE SHOOT BELOW THEIR KNEES AND ABOUT 2’ ABOVE THEIER HEAD.
